Holy Faith Anglican Church is a mission church afilliated with the Anglican Mission in the Americas (AMiA) through Rancho Hills Church in San Diego, Calif. Our pastor is Father Austin Mansfield, who served in the United States Navy for 24 years, retiring in January 2007. He earned his Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary in San Diego before his transition from naval service to pastoral.
Holy Faith Anglican Church is part of the Lord of the Nations Network, under Bishop Sandy Greene. This regional network is one of 17 in the United States and covers the Southwest region. AMiA receives oversight from the Province of the Anglican Church of Rwanda, led by Archbishop Emmanuel Kolini, and shares East Africa's revival DNA. The Anglican community in Rwanda currently includes more than 1,000,000 members in nine dioceses, with 272 congregations and 274 clergy.
Our primary statements of faith are the Nicene Creed and the 39 Articles of Religion. We are a three-stream church, combining the three aspects of the Scriptural (evangelical), the Spiritual (charismatic), and the Sacred (sacramental) into our worship, discipleship, and outreach. Just as three streams of water flow together to form one river, our three streams of faith create a river of living water that strengthens our faith by the power of our triune God, the Holy Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
